Summer Lectures Precede Smithsonian Exhibit in Reedsburg

This summer, CIAS and the Wormfarm Institute sponsored four lectures in Reedsburg on food and farming. These lectures, which were part of the Driftless Region Food and Farm Project, were the prelude to a Smithsonian Institute traveling exhibit that will be at the Woolen Mill Gallery in Reedsburg from October 22 to December 3, 2010. Entitled “Key Ingredients: America by Food,” this exhibit examines the wealth of history and culture that shapes our dining habits and taste preferences.
