Seminar: Energy, Greenhouse Gases and Small Farms

Sustainability and the Global Environment (SAGE) will present a seminar and discussion led by Pamela Martin, Professor of Geophysics, University of Chicago. Professor Martin will speak on assessing the energy efficiency and greenhouse gases associated with food from small-scale, diversified farms.
