MOSES Organic Farming Conference
The MOSES Organic Farming Conference is the largest event in the U.S. about organic and sustainable farming, offering 65 workshops over 6 sessions, inspiring keynotes, engaging roundtables, and a resource-packed Exhibit Hall with over 170 vendors.
Keynote speakers for the 2017 MOSES Conference are Mas Masumoto and Liz Carlisle. Masumoto is a certified organic farmer and author of 11 books, including Changing Season, A Father, A Daughter, A Family Farm. Carlisle is an instructor at Stanford University and author of Lentil Underground.
Workshops will cover practical information about field crops, livestock, dairy, vegetables and specialty crops, as well as soil health, farming issues, and strategies to help farmers manage and grow their businesses.
Conference registration includes admission to the exhibit hall, workshops, organic research gallery, organic meals, and
entertainment. Discount pricing on advance registration is available online at mosesorganic.org/conference through Feb. 9. On-site admission is available at the La Crosse Center Feb. 23-25. One-day admission is $160; full conference admission (Thursday evening through Saturday) is $300.
