CIAS Harvest Dinner: The Future of Organic Food and Farming

The UW-Madison Center for Integrated Agricultural Systems (CIAS) will host an evening celebrating Wisconsin’s organic agriculture at the Harvest Dinner on Saturday, November 5. This event will take place from 6-9pm at the UW-Madison University Club.
Delicious appetizers and a three-course meal will feature organic ingredients, many sourced from Wisconsin farms. Keynote speaker Louise Hemstead, Organic Valley Chief Operating Officer, will discuss the future of organic food and farming.
The Harvest Dinner is a fundraiser for CIAS research, farmer training and outreach on organic and sustainable agriculture. At this event, we will announce the CIAS Organic Initiative.
